In this case—until you withdraw your consent—we will send you advertisements and other communications, as well as informational materials and offers, and/or forward newsletters to you (Section 6 of the Data Protection Act).
You may withdraw your consent free of charge at any time.

What should you know about sweepstakes?
Our company may organize sweepstakes as part of promotional campaigns, the specific terms and conditions of which are set forth in separate rules. The rules for the current promotion can always be found on our website’s homepage via a link prominently displayed there.
Other Data Processing Issues
We may only transfer your data within the limits specified by law; in the case of our data processors, we ensure through contractual terms that they may not use your personal data for purposes contrary to your consent. Further information can be found in Section 2.
Our company does not transfer data abroad.
Courts, the public prosecutor’s office, and other authorities (e.g., the police, the tax office, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information) may contact our company to request information, the disclosure of data, or the provision of documents. In such cases, we must fulfill our obligation to provide data, but only to the extent strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of the request.
As part of our organizational measures, we control physical access to our buildings, provide ongoing training to our employees, and keep paper-based documents locked away with appropriate security measures.
As part of our technical measures, we use encryption, password protection, and antivirus software. However, please note that data transmission over the Internet cannot be considered completely secure. Our company makes every effort to make our processes as secure as possible; however, we cannot assume full responsibility for data transmission via our website. Nevertheless, we adhere to strict standards regarding the data received by our company to ensure the security of your data and to prevent unauthorized access.
Regarding security issues, we ask for your help in carefully safeguarding your existing password for our website and not sharing it with anyone.
8. What are your rights and remedies?
You may request information regarding data processing,
request the correction, modification, or supplementation of your personal data processed by us,
object to data processing and request the erasure or blocking of your data (except where processing is required by law),
seek legal remedies in court, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority or initiate proceedings.
Upon your request, we will provide you with information regarding the data we process about you, or that is processed by us—or by our commissioned data processor—
including
the source of such data,
the purpose and legal basis of the data processing,
the duration of such processing, or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this duration,
the names and addresses of our data processors and their activities related to data processing,
the circumstances and effects of data breaches, as well as the measures we have taken to address and prevent them, and
in the event of the transfer of your personal data, the legal basis for the transfer and the recipient.
We will provide this information as soon as possible after receiving your request, within 10 days (but no later than 1 month). This information is provided free of charge, unless you have already submitted a request for information regarding the same set of data to us during the current year. We will refund any fees you have already paid if we processed the data unlawfully or if your request for information led to a correction. We may refuse to provide the information only in cases specified by law, citing the relevant legal provision and informing you of your right to seek judicial remedy or to file a complaint with the Authority.
Our company will notify you, as well as all parties to whom we previously transferred the data for processing purposes, regarding the rectification, blocking, marking, or erasure of personal data, unless failure to provide such notification does not infringe upon your legitimate interests.
If we do not comply with your request for rectification, blocking, or erasure, we will, within 10 days of receiving the request (but no later than 1 month), provide you with the reasons for our refusal in writing or—with your consent – electronically, the reasons for our refusal and inform you of your right to seek judicial remedy and to file a complaint with the Authority.
If you object to the processing of your personal data, we will review your objection as soon as possible, within 10 days of the submission of your request (but no later than 1 month), and notify you of our decision in writing. If we determine that your objection is well-founded, we will cease data processing—including further data collection and transfer—and block the data; furthermore, we will notify all parties to whom we previously transferred the personal data subject to the objection, and who are required to take action to enforce the right to object.
We will refuse to comply with the request if we demonstrate that the data processing is justified by compelling legitimate grounds that take precedence over your interests, rights, and freedoms, or that are related to the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If you disagree with our decision, or if we fail to meet the deadline, you may file a lawsuit within 30 days of the date of notification of the decision or the last day of the deadline.
